FRESH , AFFORDABLE PRODUCE FOR OUR COMMUNITY
The Ottawa Good Food Box is a social enterprise of the Rideau Rockcliffe Community Resource Centre focused on strengthening food security in Ward 13 and across Ottawa.
The Good Food Box is open to all Ottawa residents, individuals, families, and community programs alike. There's no application, no eligibility screening, and no minimum order; you simply choose a box and pick it up at a location near you.
We provide affordable fresh fruits and vegetables in a community centred way, making healthy food more accessible across the city.
We follow local and global pricing trends and rotate produce in the boxes according to seasonality, availability, and quality. Individual items are priced the same way, shifting with supply and demand rather than a fixed weekly price.

In addition to our produce boxes, we offer a selection of individual fruits and vegetables that can be added to your order or purchased separately.
We also have a Do Good Box for $50, which is our $25 Ontario/Quebec Box plus a $25 donation.
ORDERING & PICK UP
How to get your box.
Place your order through our online store by Sunday at midnight for pickup the following Wednesday.

Why Your Donations Matters
Food banks are a lifeline for a lot of people in our community, typically providing about three days worth of food each month. The Good Food Box exists to help fill the rest of the month; fresh produce people can count on, week after week.
We buy fresh produce in bulk and pass the savings directly to our members, which is how our clients save 20 to 25% compared to grocery store prices. We keep just enough margin to keep the program running, and with your support, we can bring that margin closer to zero for the food bank clients who need it most.
Our boxes start at $10. With your support, we could bring that down to $7 for people who need it most. 30% off might not sound like much, but for someone stretching every dollar, it makes a huge difference.
